Chennai Super Kings stormed into the IPL 2011 final with a late surge against Bangalore Royal Challengers, securing a six wicket victory on the chase in the first play off.

Handed a target of 175, CSK overcame the loss of early wickets to ride on Suresh Raina's unbeaten 73 and secured the berth in a gripping final over with two balls remaining.

RCB had Virat Kohli, who scored 70 in 44, rescuing the team after the in-form Chris Gayle walked back with just 8 runs to his name.
