Thursday, Ireland's Central Statistics Office announced that the manufacturing output prices rose 4.5% year-over-year in March, larger than the 3.9% increase in the previous month. In January, output prices were up 3.2%.

Export sales prices increased 5.5% annually in March, while the price index for home sales rose 0.9%. Mining and quarrying prices decreased 14.9%.

On a monthly basis, factory gate prices declined 1% in March, in contrast to a 0.9% rise recorded in the previous month.
