The Italian Treasury today sold 7.0 billion euros of 365-day (One Year) bills with the yields falling slightly from the previous auction.

The bills were sold at an average yield of 5.952% dropping slightly from the previous November auction of 6.087% yet still surging from October's auction when the average yield was 3.570%.

Demand was still seen for Italian debt demand outpacing the supply with the bid-to-cover ratio holding strong at 1.92 though slightly lower from the previous auction at 1.99 times.
