Rahul Kohli as Ravi
Ravi (Rahul Kohli) and Peyton (Aly Michalka) finally talk about her relationship with Blaine (David Anders) in Season 3, episode 3 of “iZombie.” The CW

Ravi (Rahul Kohli) is saying sorry to Peyton (Aly Michalka) for his unacceptable behavior after he found out that she had slept with Blaine (David Anders).

“I’m sorry. I haven’t been a good friend,” Ravi tells his ex-girlfriend in the “Inside iZombie” featurette for Season 3, episode 3 of the CW series. “Like intellectually I know you didn’t do anything wrong. We weren’t together when you and Blaine had your [fling].”

While Ravi finally makes up his mind to have a conversation with Peyton about the matter, Michalka teased that the discussion between the two doesn’t really end well.

“Ravi and Peyton are finally able to have a discussion about the fact that she’s been intimate with Blaine,” Michalka says in the featurette. “It’s really been weighing on Ravi, and it doesn’t really quite go as well as he hoped.”

Episode 3 also marks the reunion between Blaine and his dad, Angus (Robert Knepper), whom he last saw alive but frozen in Season 2, episode 13. In Season 2 premiere, Don E (Bryce Hodgson) secretly defrosted Angus’ body, and the two made a deal to start their own brain business.

Anders says in the featurette that Angus pays Blaine a visit at Shady Plots funeral home to gauge whether or not his son really suffers from memory loss. Peyton is at the funeral homes when Angus comes to see Blaine, so she gets an impression of what kind of dad he is.

“I think she sees that the father is pretty horrible,” Michalka says in the featurette.

“Yeah the gloves are off. Angus’ gloves are off,” adds Anders.

As for the episode’s case of the week, the synopsis for the episode reveals that Liv (Rose McIver) consumes the brain of a murdered lifestyle guru to help Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) solve the victim’s death.

“iZombie” Season 3, episode 3, titled “Eat, Pray, Liv,” airs on Tuesday, April 18 at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW. Watch the featurette below:
