Actor Jack Nicholson has listed his Malibu home of more than 30 years at $4.25 million.

This ranch-style mansion of three bedrooms and two baths has been the star’s residence since 1977, according to Sheltorpop. It sits on over 28 acres and has views of both the mountains and the ocean. It also comes with its own tennis court.

The house also features French doors leading to the pool area where you can enjoy the views of Californian mountains and boulders.
