Although Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have yet to confirm their relationship, the two stars continue to fuel dating rumors as they try to remain coy when attempting to spend time together.

On Tuesday, the “Beat Shazam” host was seen entering the gated community where Holmes resides with her 11-year-old daughter,  Suri Cruise, according to the Daily Mail. It seemed like their latest meet up may have been a family day, since Foxx headed to a frozen yogurt shop to pick up some goodies, most likely for the three to enjoy together.

The mother daughter duo were actually spotted back to school shopping earlier in the day, before heading to their home in the gated community that Foxx was later spotted at.

In the past, the two have denied a romance, but certain actions have continued to keep the rumor mill turning. A little more than a week ago, Holmes was spotted wearing a pair of Foxx’s  Privé Revaux sunglasses. The actor partnered with the affordable-eyewear brand create quality glasses at reasonable prices.

Foxx and Holmes are rumored to have begun dating in 2013 after the two were spotted dancing together at an event in East Hampton, New York. Not long after the rumors began to swirl, Foxx told Entertainment Tonight that they were just friends.

“[The rumors] are 100 percent not true. In fact, it’s quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people,” he explained.

However, it became hard to believe that something wasn’t going on between the two, after a photo of Holmes and Foxx holding hands surfaced in 2015. “Jamie is someone she can trust and have fun with,” a friend of the stars told Us Weekly at the time.

Holmes, who divorced husband Tom Cruise in 2012, seemed to be content with her new romance. “She’s getting everything from Jamie that she didn’t get with Tom,” the insider added.

During Cruise’s 2013 deposition for his $50 million lawsuit against a magazine that reported he abandoned Suri, the star revealed that one of the reasons Holmes ended their marriage was because of his ties to Scientology.

At the deposition, a lawyer asked Cruise if Holmes filed for divorce because of his faith in the religion. “That was one of the assertions, yes,” the actor answered.

Although it seems like Holmes and Foxx have been going strong for quite some time, it doesn’t look like marriage will be the next step for the couple. During an interview with Howard Stern, Foxx admitted that he wasn’t really interested in getting married anytime soon.

When the host asked if Foxx has changed his stance on the idea of getting married the actor revealed that he had a good thing going for himself that didn’t involve the legal commitment. “Why blow it? I got two great kids and stuff like that,” the actor said. Foxx has two daughters, Corinne, 23, and Annalise, 7, from previous relationships.

Luckily for Foxx, Holmes, who previously revealed that she is more than ready to deal with Suri as she approaches her teen years, doesn’t seem in a rush to settle down in a marriage quite yet.
