Jana Kramer just took to social media to reveal to her fans that she recently suffered a miscarriage. However, the country music singer maintained that she does not want sympathy amid her struggle to get over the heartbreaking incident.

On Saturday, the “One Tree Hill” alum posted a photo of her holding an ultrasound result to Instagram. In the caption, Kramer poured her heart out as she talked about losing her baby before it was even born. What’s worse is this wasn’t the first time that she lost an unborn child to miscarriage.

“Today I am 1-3. I debated posting this for the exact reason why it’s a silent struggle,” Kramer wrote. “I don’t want I’m sorry or sympathy. I just don’t want to feel alone. And I know I’m not.”

Kramer went on to reveal that when she found out she’s pregnant, she kept silent about out though she was very eager to “shout it from the rooftop.” She added that she waited for the right time just to be sure, but then the miscarriage happened.

“So because we don’t tell many, we have to suffer silently,” she quipped. “And suffering silently was my thing in the past, but it’s not now. For the women out there who have miscarried in the past and need support and a place to grieve their little one lost or to those in the thick of it like me who are currently grieving and in pain, let us all be there for each other.”

The 34-year-old Hollywood actress then shared a link to her friend Kristen Burst’s blog, entitled “A Little Bit Fancy.” Kramer encouraged her followers who has gone through the same struggle to read it because “it’s powerful and strong” and women who have miscarried in the past can help from just reading it.

Many of Kramer’s fast right away shared their similar stories to the actress, and most of them also expressed their support for her. “A loss is a loss no matter how small. I hope for your healing and love right now,” one wrote. “I know your pain. I have miscarried a whole lot I’m praying for you.”

Kramer did not reveal the identity of the father of her miscarried baby, but it could be none other than Mike Caussin. She tied the knot with football tight end in May 2015, but they separated a year later after Kramer found out that her husband had cheated on her “multiple times with multiple women.” She also announced her breakup from Caussin after discovering that he had spent time in a rehab center to seek treatment for sex addiction, according to E! News.

Kramer later on revealed that she decided to stay with Caussin for the sake of their daughter, Jolie, whom they welcomed in 2016. “He’s still my husband, yes. So everyone is like, ‘Oh, your estranged husband’ because we’re technically separated. We didn’t separate in the court,” the “I Got A Boy” singer during her guest appearance on Olivia Caridi’s “Mouthing Off” podcast in September.
