Jane Levy is getting a divorce, but many people didn't know the “Suburgatory” star was even married.

Levy filed for divorced from actor Jaime Freitas on April 16, citing irreconcilable differences, TMZ reports. The couple secretly wed on March 3, 2011 and separated on Oct. 31, 2011, according to court documents cited by several media outlets, but Levy who never mentioned the marriage didn't formally file divorce papers until a few weeks ago.

According to TMZ's report, Levy indicated no desire to pay spousal support for Freitas, who shares one film credit with her in the 2010 David Lynch music video for the song “I Know," where they played a couple living in a home on an abandoned island, stripping and feeding each other crab legs.

Levy jump-started her career playing the sexually flamboyant character Mandy Milkovich in the popular Showtime drama “Shameless.” She gained public attention in 2011 after landing the lead role in the ABC comedy "Suburgatory," where she plays Tessa Altman, a Manhattan teenager turned suburban outcast.
