‘Jane The Virgin’ Star Justin Baldoni Reveals His Childhood Celebrity Crush: Find Out Who She Is

Everybody has celebrity crushes, even celebrities themselves. When “Jane the Virgin” star Justin Baldoni was just a young boy, he had a huge celebrity crush on “I Know What You Did Last Summer” star Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Baldoni shared this piece of information on his social media page with a throwback photo of himself wearing a blue striped top, side by side with Hewitt, who donned an all-yellow outfit. The actor said he was so happy meeting Hewitt that he couldn’t stop talking about her for at least a year.

As for his onscreen character Rafael Solano, he currently has a huge crush on Catalina (Sofia Pernas), cousin of his son’s mother Jane Gloriana Villanueva (Gina Rodriguez). However, it remains to be seen whether or not this new relationship will stick. A lot of fans don’t like Catalina, especially since Abuela (Ivonne Col) suspected something fishy was up with her. Could she be after his money? Is she trying to woo him over just to hurt Jane and destroy their relationship?

Earlier, showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman told Indie Wire that it was time for Rafael to have a new romantic interest. Before Jane got married, they let Rafael hold a torch for her, but now that she’s no longer single, it’s time for him to have “new, full and interesting relationships.”

“It… let me have more fun with Rafael because I was kind of sick of seeing him moon. He’s a great-looking guy and he’s going to have ladies in his life, and he really did love Jane but I thought it was an important character step for him to watch Jane get married and to have that affect him too,” she said. “Because who would he be if he’s just constantly skulking around the background?”
