Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was kidnapped 18 years ago at age 11, was found alive and well and police has contacted her family to arrange a meeting.

She walked into a police station in Antioch, California on Wednesday and said she was Jaycee Lee Dugard, sheriff's Lt. Les Lovell from the El Dorado Sheriff's Department said, according to the Associated Press. Police said they are 99 percent sure its her.

Two people were in custody linked to this case but further details will be given in a press conference Thursday at 6:00 p.m. EST.

To have this happen where we get her back alive, and where she remembers things from the past, and to have people in custody is a triple win, Dugard's stepfather Carl Probyn told The Sacramento Bee.

Dugard was kidnapped on June 10, 1991 in South Lake Tahoe as she walked to a bus stop and his stepfather was watching. Two people in a car drove up to her and put her inside the car. Dugard was screaming and her stepfather tried to go after the car on a bicycle but the car managed to get away, he then screamed to neighbors to call 911.

Her case was featured in TV show America´s most Wanted.
