Jenelle Evans, the troubled star from MTV’s hit show “Teen Mom 2,” is in trouble again and the excuse she gave to police when her boyfriend was pulled over for swerving is unforgettable. According to Evans, they weren’t drunk, they were just trying to have sex! Well, that’s definitely not something cops hear routinely.

Her boyfriend Nathan Griffith, who was driving the vehicle, was pulled over in North Myrtle Beach, N.C., over the weekend, Eonline.com wrote. According to authorities, the vehicle was speeding and driving recklessly.

Apparently Evans isn’t a fan of being associated with MTV. When one of the officers asked if she was “that girl from MTV,” she said, “yeah, unfortunately.” Once authorities identified her, they then asked how much they had to drink. Evans said two drinks and two shots and added they hadn’t done any drugs.

So when they asked what the reason for the erratic driving was she said, according to dashboard camera video, “Honestly, we were trying to have sex.” Stunned, the cop asked, "That's why you guys were all over the road?" Once more, the MTV reality star, 21, added, "Yeah."

The couple later added that they weren’t actually having sex, they were just trying to. All in all, the excuse didn’t matter and Griffith was arrested for a slew of allegations: speeding, DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest, Eonline.com wrote.

Evans is used to this type of trouble with the law, and instead of being bailed out by her mother Barbara, Evans was the one shelling out the money for bail. The celebrity news site added she got her new boyfriend out of the slammer for $5,000.

The MTV star has been arrested a number of times, most recently back in April for alleged heroin possession with her husband Courtland Rogers.
