Fans of "90210" got overly excited when the National Enquirer reported that Luke Perry and Jennie Garth rekindled their on-screen love like "it was 1992 all over again" after filming an "Old Navy" commercial together.

"Since seeing Luke again, Jennie has fallen in love with him, and Luke feels the same," a source close to the couple told the National Enquirer. "There is an electricity between them that has been revived after all these years. It just happened."

The source added that the two actors sat next to each other "and Luke immediately put his arm around Jennie and they talked like no one else was around."

When both stars were on "90210" in the 1990s, fans loved the drama of watching Kelly (Garth) struggle with deciding to be with boy-next-door Brandon (Jason Priestley) or bad boy Dylan, played by Perry.

In their real lives, Garth, 40, and Perry, 45, have children and are divorced from other people.

But Garth's rep, Arnold Robinson, said the actors are nothing more than "best buddies," according to the NY Post.

Us Weekly confirmed that the rumors of "Kelly" and "Dylan" rekindling their love were false.

Perry's rep spoke to GossipCop to let them know that he was not in a relationship with Garth.

The rumor came to fruition weeks after Garth publicly started dating photographer Noah Abrams, Us Weekly reported.

She split from her husband of 11 years Peter Facinelli in March.

Garth has recently shed some extra pounds and friends told Us Weekly that "she's happier than ever!"
