Can’t picture Jennifer Aniston ever eating a Big Mac? Well, according to the actress, she did it once. But Aniston probably won’t be shoving inorganic fast food down her throat anytime soon after it apparently wreaked havoc on her body.

The former “Friends” star was forced to order from McDonald’s when her belly began to rumble and nothing else was in sight. The 43-year-old yoga enthusiast told New York magazine on Monday she wasn’t loving it.

"I'll never forget when Justin [Theroux] and I were on a road trip and we were so hungry," Aniston recalled about her adventure with her fiancé. "The only thing around was McDonald's. I think I ordered a Big Mac."

It did not turn out well. "Wow, my body did not react well to that! It was like putting gasoline in a purified system," the typically clean eater said to the mag. "I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible. And I think what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin."

Aniston is a spokeswoman for Aveeno and she made sure to offer a few tips while on the topic of skin care, like how a higher priced skin product doesn’t necessarily mean higher quality: "When I started making enough money to afford high-end, fancy skin care products with sexy bottles and impressive claims, I decided to give them a try.” But she explained they made her skin irritated, and she learned that some products are too aggressive for certain skin types.

So what can everyone elsae do to get their skin as flawless as Aniston’s? “The skin care rule I stand by is simply cleanse, tone and moisturize. I also try to exfoliate pretty regularly.” She added, "I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do ... hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible."
