Jennifer Aniston, who sold her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for $38 million just a month ago, has opted for a temporary cozy two-bedroom love nest to live together with beau Justin Theroux.

The 42-year-old actress and Theroux, 40, have decided to take their relationship to the next level. The couple signed the lease on the property in the Hollywood Hills while they continue to search for a permanent home.

One bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room, a source told American magazine Us Weekly.

It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it's also for sale, said the insider.

Even though the couple's new house is much smaller than Aniston's previous mansion, it is said to exude warmth and romance.

The house flaunts hardwood floors, a new ozone pool, spa and a viewing deck. It also has a master suite that features vaulted ceilings and French doors that lead to the yard, reports the Daily Mail.

The couple's blooming relationship is sparking off rumors that Aniston and Theroux are ready to start a family, added the report.

He'd make an excellent father, a Theroux source told Us magazine.

Since he's a screenwriter, he could work from home and take care of a kid.

The couple recently got back from a romantic Hawaii trip. Aniston introduced Theroux to her father over lunch in Los Angeles last month, states the Daily Mail report.
