Although Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced last June that they were divorcing, the two have yet to file paperwork for their separation, Entertainment Tonight reported Wednesday. The estranged couple marked their 11th anniversary June 29 as they still are legally married, according to reports.

“They still have not officially filed paperwork for a divorce,” a source told Entertainment Tonight, adding they “don’t know if that will ever happen.”

Garner and Affleck are “making it work,” the source told the entertainment website.

Affleck was caught up in a cheating scandal shortly after the he and Garner announced their divorce. Reports claimed that Affleck was involved in a romantic relationship with his children’s nanny Christine Ouzounian. However, the “Gone Girl” actor denied the allegations.

Following their separation, Garner and Affleck were seen together, triggering reconciliation rumors. However, several reports said the two do not have any intention of getting back together and are spending time only for the sake of their three children.

“They’re in a good place and co-parenting the best they can,” another source told Entertainment Tonight.

However, reports made rounds recently saying that Affleck and Garner’s divorce is expected to be finalized this summer. Following this, Garner is reportedly reaching out to Michael Vartan, who she briefly dated in 2004.

A source told Radar Online that Garner’s “always crying on Michael’s shoulder.”

“Ben thinks something is going on with her and Michael but he doesn’t know if it’s just manipulative to p--- him off or if it’s legit they would like to get back together,” the insider told the gossip website, adding that the actor said “Jennifer is very careful with her electronic devices.”
