Actress Jennifer Lawrence, one of People magazine’s 2013 “Most Beautiful” people, revealed her natural beauty rocking a bare face to the film premiere of “The Great Gatsby” in New York Wednesday.

The 22-year-old “Hunger Games” star appeared on the red carpet alongside the film’s stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey McGuire and Carey Mulligan wearing a minimalist look. The Daily Mail reported the actress wore only lip gloss, natural earth-tone eye shadow and mascara, a big departure from the Oscar winner's usual smokey eye shadow and heavy black liner.

Lawrence’s outfit of choice: a Viktor + Rolf bare-shouldered black dress with a plunging neckline.

The actress kept her recently cut, shorter locks tied up in a sleek bun. The star first unveiled the highly buzzed-about new look at the GLAAD Media Awards in April, where she presented the flagship Advocate for Change award to former President Bill Clinton, infamously mispronouncing his name as “Glib.”

Lawrence’s love for changing her appearance was confirmed by the star's longtime hairstylist, Mark Townsend, who told Harper’s Bazaar the star’s decision to cut her tresses was spontaneous.

“She didn’t want the conventional asymmetrical bob. She wants tons of layers — so we went with a full-on shag, with bangs and lots of face-framing layers,” said Townsend, claiming Lawrence is loving her new look.

“As I cut, I lost track of how many times she said, ‘I love it!’ She was superexcited,” he said. “It’s the shortest her hair has been in her whole life.”

Lawrence was last spotted earlier in the week with ex-boyfriend and “X-Men: Days of Future Past” co-star Nicholas Hoult at The Little Door restaurant in Hollywood Monday. The acting duo split in January after dating for two years.
