Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are getting a divorce after seven years of marriage.

In a statement, the couple stated, We have decided to end our marriage, they wrote in a joint statement to the press. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.

But the American Idol Judge isn't letting the separation keep her from getting back to business. The singer is reportedly flying to the Ukraine next week for work. Lopez is getting paid over $1 million dollars to sing live for a wedding on July 19, reports E! Entertainment. Lopez's rep told E! News that the singer will be performing in the Ukraine, but that the terms can not be confirmed as of now.

Fans hit Twitter on Saturday to express their thoughts on the pending separation. One fan took a personal stab at Lopez stating, Jennifer Lopez appears to be as bad at marriage as she is at acting and singing. Now Marc Anthony will have to sing at quinceantildeeras for money.

Lopez has been married three times. Once to the Cuban-born Ojani Noa, followed by her former backup dancer, Cris Judd. Lopez married Anthony in 2004.

A fan tweeted, What happens to Hollywood couples nowadays? I thought Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were happy together.

Last Saturday Lopez was seen shaking hands with Britain's Royal couple, Prince William and Kate Middleton, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, in Hollywood at the BAFTA Brits to Watch event. Lopez attended the event with her mother, Anthony was nowhere in sight.
