Jessica Biel And Justin Timberlake Welcome Their First Baby Boy, Silas

Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel are now the proud parents of their first child. News broke on Saturday that the couple has welcomed their newborn son into the world.

People Magazine reports that the “Suit and Tie” singer is now the proud papa to a baby named Silas Randall Timberlake, a name you’ll want to remember when he inevitably becomes a big superstar like his parents.

Representatives for the couple told the outlet that both the mom and her newborn are in good health and doing well. Meanwhile, 34-year-old Timberlake is “ecstatic” to be a first-time dad.

The couple was previously keeping Biel’s pregnancy a secret. Rumors began to surface earlier this year when the 33-year-old actress was spotted trying to hide her baby bump while vacationing in Sydney, Australia. Timberlake revealed that the rumors were true on his 34th birthday in January by posting a photo of him kissing his wife’s very pregnant belly.

“Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT,” he said in the photo’s caption on Instagram.

According to Us Weekly, the couple dated on and off for about five years before finally tying the knot in October of 2012. After winning the innovator award at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Timberlake had some kind words to say about his wife and fatherhood.

“You can’t have innovation without creation. I want to thank my best friend, my favorite collaborator, my wife, Jessica, at home, who is watching. Honey, I can’t wait to see our greatest creation yet,” he said before joking with the crowd. “Don’t worry, daddy is headed home right now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get my swaddle on.”

Hopefully the actor mastered that craft just in time to welcome baby Silas into the world.
