The U.S Department of Labor today said the initial jobless claims for the week ended March 10, where jobless claims fell 14 thousand to 351 thousand, compared to the prior revised estimates of 365 thousand, beating analysts' median estimates of 357 thousand.

Continuing claims in the week ended March 03 fell to 3343 thousand, from a revised 3424 thousand in the prior week, also beating median estimates of 3408 thousand.
