How rude! Jodie Sweetin is heading to court after filing a lawsuit against Clark Taylor Savros, the driver who struck her car in Los Angeles over a year ago.

Sweetin, now 30-years-old, played middle child Stephanie Tanner on Full House, alongside Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Bob Saget and John Stamos. The actress is now channeling her old middle child syndrome days by suing a driver from an accident that occurred on March 2, 2011.

TMZ is reporting that Sweetin is asking for over $25,000 from the accident. The lawsuit claims that Sweetin suffered damage to her vehicle, loss of wages, future medical expenses and future loss of earning capacity.

The actress did suffer from injuries, but according to her Twitter they seemed only minor, contradicting her racked up medical bills.

Had a car accident, I'm OK, Sweetin tweeted two days after the accident. A wrist fracture and neck and body are really sore. Car totaled. Not fun :( but thankful not worse.

As for future loss of earning capacity, it's not completely clear what the means. Sweetin's last acting credits were for five episodes of a 2011 TV series called Can't Get Arrested.

The accident occurred on Olympic Boulevard and Alvarado Street in Los Angeles, reports E! Online.

According to the actress she was on her way home from the Take Me Home Tonight premier. She tweeted at former Full House older sister Candace Cameron Bure aka DJ Tanner, that someone turned left RIGHT in front of me. Hit them, totaled my car :(.

Jodie Sweetin's character on Full House, Stephanie Tanner, struggled with being the middle child and gaining attention.
