John Cena has faced Seth Rollins at the last two WWE pay-per-views, and the wrestlers are set to face off at the next big event. The current WWE World Heavyweight Champion will challenge for Cena’s United States Championship at the WWE Network special event set to air from Madison Square Garden on Oct. 3.

WWE’s top villain and No.1 babyface have squared off several times in 2015. With their feud likely coming to an end at MSG, Cena and Rollins will meet in a steel cage in less than two weeks.

Cena and Rollins have feuded for two months, beginning with their July 27 match on “Monday Night Raw” in which the company’s No.1 champion broke Cena’s nose. Cena would win that match and put his U.S. Title on the line against Rollins’ WWE World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam. Interference by former “Daily Show” host Jon Stewart helped give Rollins the win, but he lost their rematch for the U.S. Championship at Night of Champions.

Even though Rollins became the first WWE superstar to ever hold both the WWE and U.S titles, Cena has dominated their feud. Rollins needed help to get his one victory, and Cena has beaten Rollins clean three times, most recently on the episode of “Raw” following Night of Champions.

Fans have often complained that Rollins hasn’t been booked strong enough since becoming champ, and he’s only racked up a handful of clean wins since taking the title from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31. He was pinned by Dean Ambrose at Elimination Chamber, though the decision was reversed when it was ruled that Rollins should have been disqualified from the match, and he was about to lose to Lesnar at WWE Battleground before The Undertaker interfered.

Rollins defeated Sting clean at Night of Champions, and it appears he’ll put his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Kane at Hell in a Cell.

Cena vs. Rollins might end up being the main event of the show at MSG. The card also features Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show, Kevin Owens vs. Chris Jericho and a Tag Team Championship match between The New Day and The Dudley Boyz.
