After a troubling week, John Stamos has stepped out in public for the first time. The actor boarded a plane to Canada from LAX on Sunday marking his first walk among the people since his DUI arrest and hospitalization over the weekend.

The actor, 51, was spotted strolling through the Los Angeles airport with a passport in his hand looking both stylish and healthy in a blue blazer and matching pants. E! Online managed to secure an image of the former "Full House" star as he made his way to his flight. It's unclear exactly why Stamos headed to Canada, Toronto, specifically, but he seems to be in good spirits after the whole ordeal. In recent days, he has tweeted positive messages about the people he encountered on his trip as well as the hotel he's staying in.

Last Friday, the actor was stopped by Beverly Hills Police after they received numerous complaints about a possible drunk driver in the area. It's unclear exactly what happened next, but police brought Stamos into a hospital where they soon determined that he was driving under the influence and he was arrested. Stamos was issued a citation and released into the custody of the hospital. The next day, he tweeted a message of support to his fans and thanked both the police and hospital staff for their help.

The DUI news comes at an awful time for Stamos as he's just announced his return to family television. He'll executive produce the upcoming Netflix "Full House" reboot, "Fuller House." He'll reprise his role as Uncle Jesse from the popular 1980s-1990s sitcom along with principal cast members Candace Cameron-Bure, Andrea Barber, Jodie Sweetin, Lori Loughlin and Bob Saget -- all reprising their roles as well. The reunion is expected to premiere on the streaming service sometime in 2016.
