Joy Behar on Monday's episode of the The View apologized on air for jokingly calling one of Tiger Woods' alleged mistresses a hooker.

I apologize for the choice of words or any misimpression the joke may have created, Behar said on The View as she apologized to Rachel Uchitel.

On Thursdays episode, Joy Behar joked about Uchitel's name saying, You-ka-tell she's a hooker as Whoopi Goldberg struggled to pronounce the name Uchitel.

Uchitel's lawyer, Gloria Allred, demanded an on air apology after saying that an in print apology was not adequate.
