Swedish police reportedly found drugs and a stun gun during a raid of Justin Bieber’s tour bus on Wednesday.

According to the Associated Press, police officers raided the bus while the Canadian pop star was performing a concert at the Globen arena in Stockholm, Sweden. The Swedish newspaper SvD Kultur reported that the show was attended by roughly 14,300 fans, many of whom waited outside the venue all day for a glimpse of Bieber.

Lars Bystrom, a police spokesman, said that the raid was conducted after police smelled marijuana wafting from the bus while it was parked outside Grand Hotel, where Bieber was staying. Police then alerted the drug squad, who performed a search once a warrant was obtained, according to Sverige Radio.

Bystrom described the amount of drugs as small, but would not identify what substance they found, saying only that they had launched a preliminary investigation into suspected narcotics. He said that the substance had been sent to a lab in Linköping to be tested.

Bieber, who has come under scrutiny recently for increasingly bizarre behavior including allegedly assaulting a neighbor, has denied accusations of drug use in the past. Bieber parodied his rumored marijuana use in an appearance on SNL, after TMZ published what they claimed were photos of the singer smoking a joint at a party, but has formally dismissed claims that he uses drugs.

In a March interview with US Weekly, Bieber admitted that he had not always behaved perfectly. “I'm young and I make mistakes,” he said.

But he countered that he was trying to do better.

"The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person," Bieber said. "I get upset about that. I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail."
