Justin Bieber has been cleared in the alleged hit-and-run that occurred late Monday as he left the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.

TMZ reports that Bieber and his representatives have been interviewed by the LAPD and are no longer under investigation for the incident. Furthermore, the entertainment news outlet says that it was told the victim of the hit-and-run, a rogue photographer, is being blamed for the incident for being a “pedestrian in the roadway.”

News surfaced of the alleged hit-and-run around 11:45 p.m. after Justin was spotted leaving the high-profile comedy club with several paparazzi on scene trying to get a shot. Once Bieber got into his vehicle, TMZ reports that he motioned for some of the photogs to clear out of the way -- but when he drove off he appeared to pin one of them between his Ferrari F430 and a parked car.

While Bieber left the scene moments after, he reportedly told LAPD in his interview that he didn't know he hit anyone.

Meanwhile the paparazzo was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment.
