Is Justin Bieber In Pajamas At Tonight's M&G His Worst Photo Ever?

Justin Bieber wore pajamas to a meet and greet Wednesday evening, shocking some fans and delighting others as a photo of him in sleeping clothes went viral via Twitter and other websites.

The outfit was uninspired, to say the least. Was wearing PJs in public the worst fashion choice the Biebs has ever made?

Bieber is sporting dark blue pajama pants with some sort of colorful pattern -- Twitter user @1DBieberKing reported that they were Mario pants -- a backwards blue snap-back baseball-style cap and a white sleeveless undershirt in the image, which was a strange departure from his usual stylish looks.

And coming from a guy whose likeness and name are plastered onto the pajamas of young fans across the nation, it kind of makes sense that he would decide to wear PJs to an M&G.

But the picture doesn't do him any favors, either. Seemingly taken while the camera was moving, the photo doesn't convey any of the sex appeal that has made Justin Bieber a household name throughout the world, and one of the world's most popular recording artists.

Instead, his face is contorted into some kind of just-been-punched expression that leaves him just treading the line between being recognizable and looking like a badly-made Halloween mask.

According to Twitter user @JBieberBoy94, the photo was taken at a meet and greet (aka M&G) event in Tusla, Okla. It hit the web Wednesday evening, right in the middle of the 2013 People's Choice Awards, which had nominated Bieber for a number of honors including awards for "Best Music Video" for the song "Boyfriend," "Favorite Male Artist" and "Favorite Pop Artist."

Like many other fans, Twitter user @MerciSmiley bought into the just-got-out-of-bed act, according to a tweet she sent out Wednesday night:

"Only Justin would wear Mario pjs at a M&G lol this is why I love this kid"

But other Twitter users weren't as impressed, including @drizzyrauhl, who had the following to say via Twitter Wednesday night:

"if justin wears pajamas on the stage that will certify him as a hoodlum dsakjfdsja"
