Justin Bieber is not taking the recent paternity suit lying down.

Bieber, who was recently accused of fathering Mariah Yeater's 3-month-old son after a tryst back in Oct. 2010, plans to countersue his accuser.

If and when DNA testing proves he is not the father, Bieber and his team will slap Yeater with a lawsuit, sources directly connected to Bieber told TMZ.

TMZ reports that Bieber will take the DNA paternity test in two weeks when he returns to the U.S. Bieber is currently in Europe.

After that, the 17-year-old and his team will go after Yeater in court.

TMZ's sources say that Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, has already gotten in touch with Yeater's lawyer to schedule the DNA test.

Weitzman was told by Bieber and his team to make the plans immediately and the lawyer has already chosen the lab where the test will be done.

Bieber has vehemently denied all allegations since they first surfaced..

He recently went on the TODAY show and said, I'd just like to say that none of those allegations are true and I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim.

His team released a statement referencing her lies, writing, It's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.

TMZ claims that Yeater's lawyers seemed nervous when they were informed of the potential lawsuit.

When TMZ tried to contact Yeater's legal team, they did not return any of the phone calls.

Mariah Yeater has had a track record of questionable behavior.
