Justin Timberlake has teamed up with Bud Light Platinum, and the megastar is set to be the new creative, musical and cultural mind behind the brand.

"Justin Timberlake is one of the greatest creative minds in the entertainment industry, and his insights will help us further define Bud Light Platinum's identity in the lifestyle space," Paul Chibe , vice president of U.S. marketing at Anheuser-Busch, said in a statement.

"Since launching Bud Light Platinum last year, we've worked to align the brand closely with music, including leveraging tracks by Kanye West and Avicii in our first ads. Partnering with Justin as he makes his return to music brings a new level of relevance and credibility to the brand."

Timberlake also expressed his enthusiasm as he begins a partnership with Bud Light, saying "Bud Light Platinum brings a refined, discerning aesthetic to beer that plays well with what I'm doing," Timberlake said. "I'm looking forward to not only being a part of the creative process, but in bringing other talented musicians to the forefront as well."

Meanwhile, Timberlake recently released the cover art and track list for his latest album, “The 20/20 Experience.”

The cover shows him looking into phoropter, a machine used during eye exams. He is wearing a suit and bowtie.

There are 10 songs featured on the album, including hit single “Suit & Tie.” Earlier this month, at a Super Bowl party in New Orleans, La., he unveiled “Pusher Love Girl” and “That Girl,” which will also be on “The 20/20 Experience.”

Timberlake’s last studio album, “FutureSex/LoveSounds,” was released in 2006.

In a video posted on his official website, Timberlake addressed why he has only put out two solo albums in the last 10 years -- "Justified" in 2002, which won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album, and "FutureSex/LoveSounds" in 2006. That album received several GrammyAward nominations, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.

He has said that he is not in a rush to come out with music if it not his best possible work.

"I don't want to put anything out that I feel like it's something I don't love. You just don't get that every day. You have to wait for it," Timberlake said in the video clip.

In a recent interview with GQ, Beyoncé revealed that she is set to make an appearance on “The 20/20 Experience,” which will be released March 19.

Timberlake is also scheduled to perform at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday. The singer will also appear in a new 60-second Bud Light Platinum ad, "Platinum Night,” during the Grammy Awards, and the commercial will feature his song “Suit & Tie.”
