“Teen Mom 2” reality star Kailyn Lowry is in an apparent battle with MTV after they filmed a divorce scene-- even though she didn’t want to talk about her relationship with ex-husband Javi Marroquin on Monday’s episode. Marroquin was deployed overseas in the Air Force when Season 8 was filmed. Since she refused to talk to Marroquin when he called, they filmed a conversation about divorce when Marroquin called his friend, Darius.

Fans quickly sided with Lowry. The mother-of-two retweeted a post from a follower who wrote: “@KailLowry said she didn't want to film talking to @Javimarroquin9 MTV goes to his friend. Shady. Real shady.” Lowry added Wednesday: “Amen!!!!!!”

She shared two more posts Wednesday from followers who wrote similar messages.

One fan accused MTV of starting drama: “@KailLowry How do you trust the producers when they go and film Javi talk with his friend on camera? Do they do this often? Stir up drama?”

Lowry, 24, then announced where her trust stands with the youth television network. “Welllll, now I don't,” she said.

The “Teen Mom 2” star doubted the producers would apologize to her. “That would never happen,” she wrote in a Thursday tweet.

“She is very hurt and feels betrayed by her producers,” an insider told Radar Online Friday. “Her and Javi at that point already knew they were done and getting a divorce, but did not want to film about it.” The person added: “She’s very hurt and betrayed and is currently on a film strike.”

She might not quit just yet. “I want to see how they edited the rest of the season,” she told Real Mr. Housewife in an exclusive interview Friday.

“They’re definitely not showing everything that’s gone on in situations that are playing out,” Lowry said, “and it’s frustrating to watch back, as the viewers aren’t getting the complete story.”
