On her Instagram account, the actress shared an adorable photo of herself carrying one of the bunnies. Cuoco just participated at a recent equestrian competition and was introduced to the three rabbits that are up for adoption. Since she is also a supporter and promoter of dog adoption, Cuoco decided to take on the responsibility of giving the bunnies their forever home.

In her caption, Cuoco encouraged her millions of followers to adopt all kinds of animals and not just dogs and cats. She also revealed that every time she goes to a horse show, she gets asked to adopt pets. Now, Oreo, Daisy and Peter Rabbit will join her and her adopted dogs, Norman, Shirley and Ruby at home.

Cuoco has been an avid supporter of Paw Works, a non-profit organization that helps animals find their forever home in the Los Angeles area. While speaking with The Los Angeles times, the actress shared what got her interested in adopting her dogs.

According to the actress, she heard so many misconceptions about pit bulls that she decided to familiarize herself with the breed. To her surprise, she found pit bulls to be really sweet and loyal. Not long after developing a love for the pit bulls, she adopted her dog, Norman.

Having Norman encouraged Cuoco to adopt even more dogs, horses and now rabbits.

Meanwhile, prior to adopting the trio, Cuoco also shared some of photos of herself riding her horses at the competition. In one of the snaps, the “Big Bang Theory” actress was photographed with her horse, Netty. Cuoco revealed that all of her horses who participated in the events brought home awards, including her smallest horse, Shmooshy.

In the second photo, Cuoco and Netty were photographed in action while jumping over poles.

Cuoco’s boyfriend, Karl Cook, was also present at the event. And they were photographed riding their horses at the same time. Cook also happens to be a professional equestrian, and she and Cuoco met at a horse show years ago.
