The public has had an inside look at the Kardashian-Jenner family since 2007 when their reality-TV series, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” premiered on the E! network. But according to the family’s former housekeeper, their true personalities don’t always match how they’re portrayed on the show.

Despite being featured as self-absorbed and selfie-loving on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the insider told InTouch that Kim Kardashian is one of the most lovable members of the famous clan. Not only did the housekeeper label Kim, 34, as “extremely humble and down-to-earth,” she also said rapper Kanye West’s wife is extremely generous to the family’s employees.

“Kim would sit and chat with them, and she was generous,” said the insider. “One time she gifted someone on her staff a computer for Christmas. It was awesome and so kind. She was the only one out of the three [sisters] to give anyone helping out any gifts.”

While the housekeeper’s comments about Kim may shock some viewers, her observations about Kourtney Kardashian’s beau, Scott Disick, may not come as much of a surprise. Following his stint in rehab on the spinoff “Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons" in December, the housekeeper claims that while employed by the family she witnessed the 31-year-old dad of three allegedly being “constantly drunk.”

“[He] would leave empty bottles of alcohol all over the place,” said the source. “[He was] a complete and utter mess.”

As for Kourtney, 35, her behavior didn’t win her any favorable comments from the help. “[She was] by far the most rude and unappreciative person in the family,” said the source, labeling the eldest Kardashian sister as a “neat freak” and “overprotective” when it came to her children, Mason, 5, and Penelope, 2. (She ans Scott welcomed another son, Reign, in December.) “She always was asking the babysitter what they were up to and micromanaging them. I could tell it was hard for her to let them do their jobs,” said the insider.

And while the third Kardashian sister Khloé, 31, did not get along the best with Kim behind the scenes — she reportedly called her sibling a “slob” for leaving her clothes around the house — the housekeeper says she was by far one of her favorite family members. “She loves to play practical jokes, especially on Kim. She would hide her clothes and shoes and Kim would panic," revealed the housekeeper.

This isn’t the first time a former employee of the Kardashian clan has spoken out about the family. Contrary to InTouch’s source who portrays Kim in a positive light, another former employee of Kim’s made some not-so-charming allegations about the mom of one during an interview with Life & Style in June.

“Kim dresses her daughter in only neutral colors,” said an insider, who also claimed that Kim insisted her entourage walk behind her in public. But it wasn’t just her employees that she was tough on. According to the insider, Kim also allegedly enjoyed comparing her daughter, North West, 1, to her her alleged enemy, pop singer Beyonce’s daughter, Blue Ivy, 3. “She brags that Nori is cuter than Blue Ivy,” said the source. “She loves it.”
