Rumors about Bruce Jenner’s transition have been circulating for months, with numerous reports speculating that he would document his journey from male to female on TV. Even with all the buzz, sources tell People magazine that Kim Kardashian, along with sisters Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, were the last to hear the news. Conversely, the source claims Bruce’s four children from his previous marriages -- Burt and Casey from his relationship with Chrystie Crownover, and Brandon and Brody from his relationship with Linda Thompson -- knew “for years.”

Perhaps that’s because, as Bruce pointed out during the season 10 premiere of “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” there has been a divide between the Kardashian and Jenner families following his divorce from Kris Jenner. Throughout the episode, Bruce pointed out that, with the exception of Kourtney, Kris and her children had stopped visiting him as much.

People also reports that Kendall and Kylie Jenner are struggling to come to terms with their father’s new identity. The teens “are having a hard time with the transition,” the family insider said. This comes just one day after claims that Kendall had spoken out in support of her father during “The Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber.” The 19-year-old has since said the quotes published by Us Weekly were false, though People’s insider did reaffirm that both she and her sister are “very supportive” of their father.

“They’re very supportive, but it’s just not an easy situation,” the insider revealed.

TMZ recently claimed that Bruce had put his E! spin ff on hold to protect his family. The site claimed the 65-year-old felt “rushed” and wanted to ensure that all of his children, including his step children, were comfortable with his choices before moving forward. There is no word yet on whether or not that show will actually happen, although a producer at E! claimed he had no knowledge of the series.

The Kardashian sisters have not made any comments regarding Bruce’s alleged transition.
