Owners of newlywed Kim Kardashian’s 39-minute-long sex tape with her ex-boyfriend Ray J have valued it at more than $26 million.

The sex tape features Kim and the R&B singer in intimate act in a hotel room.

Vivid Entertainment is the owner of the tape as of now and it has been approached by a lawyer in Tennessee hired by a mystery buyer who is rumored to be related to Kardashian.

The mystery buyer wrote a letter to Vivid co-chairman, Steve Hirsch, saying: We would purchase any other footage you may have control of that involves Ms Kardashian.

Hirsch told the TMZ: Based on its long term value, it looks like $26 million would be a starting point for a discussion on all of the rights. I have no idea who is behind this offer but if it's Kim, I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. She has my number and can call me any time.

The clip has become a rage online especially after her marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries.

The clip that was shot prior to Kardashian's celebrity status has become a rage online following her highly publicized wedding to Kris Humphries.

Kardashian sued Vivid four years ago when Vivid first made the sex tape public. The legal battle ended with a monetary settlement in which Kardashian would share in the profits, Hirsch said.

Earlier this year Kim, who received a $4.3 million pay-off over the tape said: There's embarrassment and shame.
