Kate Middleton is expected to give birth to her second child on April 25, sources reportedly told the Christian Post. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are yet to officially announce the date but have hinted that the 33-year-old will give birth to the royal baby this month.

Kate has been on maternity leave since March 28 and is reportedly expected to be off her royal duties for longer to “fully enjoy the bonding experience” with her two children. Prince William will reportedly take a two-week paternity leave from his new job as a pilot at East Anglia Air Ambulance.

Over the past few weeks, several reports have emerged claiming that Kate will give birth to a baby girl, while last week, bookies reportedly said that a majority of Britons favored the name “Charlotte” for the royal baby. However, the couple have said they are unaware of the child's gender.

Shortly after the palace confirmed in September that Kate was expecting a child, Globe magazine reported that Kate and William had asked Queen Elizabeth's permission to name their baby after her. Life & Style later claimed that the royal couple was excited over the prospect of welcoming a daughter.

Kate is expected to give birth at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington and will stay at Kensington Palace in London just before her due date, according to media reports, The facility is reportedly the same where the duchess gave birth to Prince George, who was born in 2013.
