Britain’s Duke and Duchess of Cambridge officially welcomed their second child, a girl, into the world Saturday around 8:34 a.m. London time (3:34 a.m. EDT). However, the world’s newest princess has yet to be introduced to the public.

Despite the mystery, it appears parents Kate Middleton and Prince William are on the verge of showing the child to the royal family’s adoring fans in the very near future.

Reporters with both OK Magazine and Sky News are saying a hairdresser for Kate Middleton arrived at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington Saturday morning. If these reports are true, it would seem the couple is gearing up for a public announcement that will likely reveal the child’s name and official title to the crowd gathered outside the hospital.
