Scott Disick is back to his old ways on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” Season 10, episode 17, and this time it seems he’s gone too far. After photos surface from the father of three’s wild vacation in France, longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian is forced to decide whether she should forgive and forget or kick him to the curb. With the help of her mother, Kris Jenner, and sister Kim Kardashian, she’s able to decide what’s best for her and her young children.

Early in the episode, Kourtney, 36, reveals to her mother that Scott, 32, is out of town yet again. She shares with her that she’s unsure when he plans to return and has had little communication with him since he left Los Angeles. Kris, 59, rolls her eyes but avoids getting into an argument over her daughter’s constant acceptance of her beau’s bad behavior. Later she and Kim are conversing in the kitchen of the home they share when the “Selfish” author receives a phone call from her cousin, CiCi Bussey. She shares with Kim, 34, that Scott is currently on the front page of a popular celebrity gossip site cuddling with a mysterious brunette. Neither Kim nor Kris brings up the photos to Kourtney despite how furious they are with the father of her children.

Kourtney pays a visit to her mother’s home shortly after the news of Scott’s infidelity breaks. She is over to eat lunch with Kim and Kris but is interrupted by a phone call from Chris, one of Scott’s close friends. Although his portion of the conversation is not aired on “KUWTK,” it is evident that things aren’t going well for Scott. Kourtney tells Chris her therapist has suggested she find an interventionist who can convince Scott to seek treatment. She returns from her conversation in a nearby room and reveals to her mother and sister that Scott is sobbing uncontrollably and threatening to commit suicide.

Although Kourtney seems unfazed at her mother’s house, a conversation with Kim in her family home suggests otherwise. While Mason Disick takes piano lessons in the next room, Kourtney and Kim sit down to discuss the next steps. The mother of three reveals to her sister, who is expecting a second child of her own, that she plans to end things with Scott once and for all. She breaks down in tears while discussing her continued efforts to save their relationship but says she can longer live this life. Their heart-to-heart is interrupted by Mason, 5, who is quickly intercepted by Kim in an effort to keep him from seeing his mother upset.

While Kourtney's troubled relationship with Scott is the main focus of the “KUWTK” Season 10 finale, it isn’t the only jaw-dropping event in the episode. Here are three other moments worth taking note of:

  • Khloé Kardashian confronts Caitlyn Jenner about her Vanity Fair interview being hurtful to Kris. Caitlyn, 65, apologizes for the way the article was slanted and agrees to communicate better with her ex-wife and the rest of the Kardashian family.
  • Kris opens up about her relationship with boyfriend Corey Gamble. She shares with Khloé Kardashian, 30, that she is much happier now than ever before and having more sex than she’s ever had.
  • Khloé and Malika Haqq decide that seeing as Kris and Corey, 33, are exchanging I love yous, they should sit down with him and get to know him better. The trio meet for dinner where Khloé and her bestie put Corey through the ringer, asking difficult questions about his life. Although he is nervous at first, he passes their test with flying colors, getting the stamp of approval.
