Former “Fashion Police” co-host Kelly Osbourne is essentially sorry she’s not sorry. The lavender-haired fashionista issued the ultimate non-apology Tuesday -- which was expletive-laden -- after her outrageous comments on ABC’s “The View” Tuesday morning. She claimed there would be no one left to clean toilets if all the Latinos left the United States.

Some of the obscenities have been censored: “I want to start by saying I ALWAYS take responsibility for my actions. In this particular case, I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words, but I will not apologize for being a racist as I am NOT,” Kelly, 30, said in an official Facebook statement. “I whole-hearted f----- up today. I don’t want to bulls--- anyone with lame excuses. Although I was stopped mid-sentence by Rosie and couldn’t finish my point, I will not let Rosie take responsibility for my words. I should have known better as I was on ‘The View,’ and it was live. I’ve learned a very valuable lesson. It is my hope that this situation will open up a conversation about immigration and the Latin community as a whole. By the way, I clean my own f------ toilets.”

Kelly, who is the daughter of legendary Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne, insulted thousands of Latin Americans during a discussion about Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump and immigration. She said, “If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?” Just like that, Kelly wound up in the same situation as the billionaire businessman.

She tried to recant, but it was too late. “No, I didn’t mean it like that, come on. I would never mean it like that. I'm not part of this argument,” she tried to explain.

“View” co-host Rosie Perez, who announced she would not rejoin the show last season, called Kelly out. She later apologized and said that she took the statement the wrong way. “My apologies @KellyOsbourne, I took your point wrong-#Trump #Latinos. My bad. Your heart is so pure and righteous. I adore you,” she wrote.

Kelly’s mother, “The Talk” co-host Sharon Osbourne, thanked the cast of “The View” for not attacking her daughter.
