Kendall Jenner is fighting criticism that she’s too skinny.

The second youngest daughter in the Kardashian-Jenner family who has been modeling since 2010 recently talked to Harper’s Bazaar Arabia.

"I'm constantly criticized for being too skinny," Jenner, 17, said in a report picked up by the Los Angeles Times. "I'm trying to gain weight but my body won't let it happen. What people don't understand is that calling someone too skinny is the same as calling someone too fat. It's not a nice feeling."

Jenner has been in the spotlight since her family began filming the E! series “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” when she was 11. In January 2010, she was signed to Wilhelmina Models, according to Us Weekly.

Her famous sister, Kim Kardashian, lauded the photos on her blog, and the pregnant reality TV star has voiced her concerns for her younger sisters’ well-being in the face of a scrutinizing public.

"There are so many online bullies that I get a little worried about with my little sisters," she said at an event in February, according to E! News.

"They are modeling and, you know, they Instagram photos of themselves ... and I do see some of the comments that people write to them," Kim Kardashian said. "And I think you have to be a really strong individual and I don't expect anyone who's like 15 and 16 to really be able to take on such criticism."
