New York City police have arrested a homeless man who delivered threatening letters to Rihanna’s SoHo apartment, authorities said on Friday.

According to police, surveillance cameras captured Kevin McGlynn, 53, dropping off the notes at the singer’s apartment on three different occasions, reports the New York Post. He left the letters at the apartment twice on July 8 and then again on July 11.

McGlynn was arrested on Thursday around 6 p.m and is currently being held without bail. He was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday on charges of stalking, menacing, and harassment. Police said the notes were handwritten and included threats, insults and profanity.

This isn’t Rihanna’s first time dealing with a stalker getting uncomfortably close to her home. In 2013, she filed a restraining order against Jonathan Whooper after he allegedly tossed a chair through the glass door of her Los Angeles residence, reports TMZ.

Whooper made numerous visits to the singer’s home and was finally arrested last October when he was confronted by security on the property. When told to leave, he said, "Do you know who I am? I am Rihanna's future husband!" He exited the residence but was arrested hours later just miles away from Rihanna's home. He was charged with prowling and felony attempted burglary, vandalism and stalking.
