Khloé Kardashian and James Harden are still very much together. The E! star and her beau were spotted together leaving Los Angeles nightclub Lure for the first time since Lamar Odom's medical crisis last month.

It was rumored that Kardashian had dumped the 26-year-old athlete so she could focus on Odom's recovery, but the couple seemingly dismissed the split rumors when they were spotted partying together Sunday night.

According to TMZ, the pair arrived at Lure together and left about two hours later in separate cars. The 36-year-old reality star opened up about her relationship with Harden in an interview with Entertainment Tonight last week, telling the outlet that they were doing "great."

“We’re on a great page,” she said. “As of this moment, he’s been very supportive. He and I are doing just fine.”

A source previously told E! Online that Kardashian and Harden had never broken up and that the Houston Rockets basketball player understood that Kardashian needed to tend to Odom.

As previously reported, Odom was found unconscious at a legal Nevada brothel Oct. 13 and was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital. Kardashian dropped everything to be by her estranged husband's side. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star and the 31 year old even called off their 2013 divorce, but it wasn't so they could rekindle their relationship.

“[James] been so understanding and he knows that Khloé’s love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand," the source told E!. "He’s been very understanding and supportive.”

Even though Sunday's nightclub appearance was the first time Kardashian and Harden were seen in public together, Us Weekly reported that she took a brief trip to Texas last month to watch the athlete's team, the Houston Rockets, play the Denver Nuggets.
