Khloe Kardashian Shares Sweet Throwback Photo With Boyfriend Tristan Thompson

Khloe Kardashian is glowing in her throwback photo with boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

On Friday, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star took to Instagram to share a sweet photo with her boyfriend. In the snap, the couple is cuddling and looks all loved up.

"FBF to one of my favorite days with all of my favorite people... my surprise party," Khloe wrote in the caption. "Man, everyone was sooooo good at keeping that secret! Hrush, Jen and Tristan were so calm, cool and collected during glam I need to watch you sneaks lol That was such an epic night!"

According to Us Weekly, the snap was taken on Khloe's surprise party for her 33rd birthday. The E! personality is rumored to be pregnant with her first baby with the Cleveland Cavaliers star. However, she has not addressed the pregnancy yet.

Earlier this week, Khloe supported her sister Kim Kardashian on her KKW fragrance launch. The "Revenge Body" star showed up in an all-black outfit with spandex shorts, fishnet stockings and high-heeled booties. Since Khloe's get up was fitting her tiny baby bump was visible.

After the event, Khloe shared a clip on Snapchat expressing how proud she is for her older sister, Kim. "It's so motivating and inspiring, everything my sister has done, how strong she is and how much she has accomplished and overcome the past year," Khloe said. "Kim, I'm so proud of you. I'm so happy for you. You are happier and better than you've ever been and I think it shows. I'm excited for your launch tomorrow. I love you."

Earlier this week, Khloe clapped back at the trolls accusing her of altering her images on social media. In one post on Instagram, many noticed that her nose was different than usual.

"Your nose??? Altered??? Why?? @khloekardashian give me answers or I'll give you unfollows," one fan asked in the comment section.

"She photoshops so much but it still looks so good," another follower named krupa.p04 wrote.

"There's definitely a bunch of editing or airbrush on her nose," jenniferjalapeno added.

As a response, the Good American co-founder shared another photo with her signature pouty lips. "Haters will say it's photoshopped," Khloe wrote in the caption.
