Kim Kardashian and Kanye West cannot get married until the prenup is nailed down, TMZ reported, citing a source on Thursday.

A source closely connected to the couple reportedly said that the prenup will not be signed until next week and the marriage will not take place until both Kardashian and West have signed. TMZ also reported that the wedding may take place in Paris on the Memorial Day weekend at the end of this month. Kardashian took to Twitter on Wednesday firing back at the false rumors of her wedding.

"Seeing so many different reports not gonna start disputing them all but a few I want to straighten out...," the 33-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star wrote on her Twitter account.

Kardashian posted a series of tweets denying that she is married, and also said that her wedding will not be filmed. She also said that words on the release of her wedding guest list were false.

E! News had previously reported that the couple will "have a civil ceremony to acquire their marriage license" in the U.S. before tying the knot in France.
