Everyone of us can do something small that will make a huge difference to someone else, she later wrote.

According to Us Weekly, they were told that Kardashian was very cordial and friendly while she was volunteering at the event. A rep for the event also told the magazine that the stunning TV star worked hard in both the food preparation area and in serving the food to the guests.

Saldana also tweeted while at the event, noting that they expected to feed about 4,000 people.

We could feed more if u log on to feedLANow.org & donate! Happy Thanksgiving! she wrote.

Kardashian, 31, and Saldana are both single gals.

An embattled Lohan, who has been working on getting her life back on track, also took time out to make others happy.

Join @scottlazerson @mikelohan @dinalohan & me as we join @FeedingAmerica helping more than 37 million Americans each year! #HappyThanksgiving, Lohan told her followers.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Lohan would return to jail for 30 days. Lohan reportedly admitted to violating her probation and had agreed to begin serving out the month-long sentence at a Los Angeles jail.

But despite all the trials she is facing Lohan told E! News that It's important to give back and bring attention to helping others. Its a blessing.
