Kim Kardashian finally posted a picture of her daughter North West on her Facebook page this week, or so fans thought at first. In the photo, a trim-looking Kardashian is cradling a baby while Kourtney, her 34-year-old sister, looks on in excitement.

“Love these precious moments…,” 32-year-old Kardashian said in the caption. But fans quickly became skeptical, and speculated that the baby was actually an old picture of Penelope, Kourtney’s daughter. "Enough Kim !! We already know this is not ur baby north west !! C'mom what are u waiting for? Ur not even half of Kate Middleton and she already let the world know about her baby and u? U want millions of dollars to see ur baby? [sic],” one angry commenter wrote.

Kardashian later deleted the post, apparently making it clear that it wasn't actually her daughter. This isn't the first time she has shown off fake pictures of her daughter, who was born June 15. Two weeks after North was born, Kardashian set on a mission to figure out who her real friends are and apparently tested them to see which ones would try and sell baby photos to the media.

The curvy star reportedly sent six of her closest friends photos of a baby and pretended it was North. According to TMZ, one of her friends did indeed try and sell the pictures for a lot of money. But sources close to Kardashian say the baby is definitely not North, who's reportedly the spitting image of her mother.

While Kardashian has previously said that her daughter won't be featured on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the family is known for being in the spotlight and sharing intimate details of their lives.
