Brits will have to wait until July to find out if the royal baby of Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton is a girl or a boy, but we'll know about celebrity royalty Kim Kardashian's upcoming bundle of joy in early June. The 32-year-old pregnant reality star will reportedly announce the sex of her child with boyfriend and rapper Kanye West on the season eight premiere of “Keep Up With the Kardashians.”

A sneak peek at the June 2 episode shows Kardashian, sisters Kourtney and Khloe, and mom Kris Jenner in attendance for the sonogram with the family’s doctor, Paul Kramer. West, 35, was noticeably absent from the appointment.

Kardashian says in the clip that she wants to be “100 percent” sure of the gender before the baby’s birth. Jenner can be heard in the background asking the doctor, “Do you see a little pee-pee?”

Kourtney, mom of Mason Dash, 2, and Penelope Scottland, 8 months, with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, seems to prompt Kardashian to find out the baby's sex after dishing that the discovery was her favorite part of her own pregnancies. “Once I knew the sex [was] when I got so excited,” she said.

The clip ends before fans hear the baby's gender, but rumors are swirling that the first-time mom is expecting a girl after a photo of her baby shower invitation was released online. The invitation, a jewelry box featuring a female ballerina resembling Kim, plays a lullaby version of West’s song “Hey Mama” reported TMZ.

The extended trailer for the new season of the hit E! program shows Kardashian talking about her pregnancy cravings and appearing to be in a hospital crying over unidentified pregnancy issues. Season eight of “Keeping With the Kardashians” airs on June 2 at 9 p.m. ET on E!
