Kim Kardashian has been unusually private following the birth of her daughter, North West, in June, but the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star is about to make her first post-baby appearance in a very public way.

According to a new report from Us Weekly, the 32-year-old reality star is planning to reveal her weight loss following the birth of her first child on the set of mom Kris Jenner’s newly premiered Fox 5 talk show, “Kris." The appearance, which has yet to be confirmed, is rumored be filmed later this summer.

Multiple unidentified sources have revealed that the new mom has already lost 20 lbs. following the birth of her daughter, whom she welcomed with her boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, on June 15 in Los Angeles. “She wants to show up like Heidi Klum and have everyone marvel at how fast she lost the weight,” one source told the magazine, claiming the new mom is planning to lose a total of 50 lbs. before stepping in front of the camera. “She won’t leave the house until she’s thinner,” said the source.

Kardashian, who faced an onslaught of criticism during her pregnancy for her weight gain, was reportedly frustrated after a medical professional forbid her from exercising prior to being five weeks postpartum. The E! star has reportedly been hiding in her family’s Hidden Hills, Calif., home. Kardashian confirmed her plans to move in with her mom and stepdad Bruce Jenner following her delivery during the most recent episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” Sunday after claiming she was having trouble finding a suitable rental property.

Prior to reports of her rumored television appearance, Kardashian shared her thoughts on motherhood on her official blog Wednesday and thanked fans for their support and well wishes. “These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life," she said. “I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family. ... I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment."

Jenner’s talk show, “Kris,” previously made headlines after a promo involving an infant made viewers believe North West, nicknamed Nori, would be making her debut during its premiere episode Monday. Jenner tricked viewers by using a look-a-like newborn that was confirmed to actually be the daughter of her stylist, Monica Rose.
