Kim Richards won’t be returning to the Beverly Hills Hotel any time soon. The 50-year-old former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was arrested inside the hotel April 16 after staff called local police to report that she was making a scene.

Nearly two months later, Richards was ordered by a Los Angeles judge to stay far away from the high-class hotel during a hearing June 10. According to People, the former child star was not present in court Wednesday but has another court date scheduled for July 16. The judge has reportedly ordered that she be there for the second hearing. If found guilty of her charges, -- which include public intoxication, battery on an officer, resisting arrest and trespassing -- Richards could be looking at two years behind bars.

Richards was arrested April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel by local police, who were called to the establishment due to claims that the reality star was causing a scene inside the hotel's Polo Lounge. After police arrived, Richards reportedly locked herself in a bathroom and refused to come out. During her appearance on “Dr. Phil,” however, she denied those claims. According to reports, Richards became aggressive after police removed her from the bathroom. Upon arriving at the Beverly Hills police station, she reportedly kicked one of the arresting officers. She was released the following day after spending several hours in custody.

As previously reported, Richards has chosen to attend a second rehab facility following her arrest. She initially checked herself into treatment April 26, days before her intense sit-down with Dr. Phil McGraw went on air. She received a pass from the facility to attend daughter Brooke Brinson’s wedding in Mexico on the grounds that she return by May 25. Richards failed to report and opted to try a new facility. She is said to be doing “a lot better.”

Although it was previously reported that NBC Universal, Bravo's parent company, would allow Richards to return to "Real Housewives" if she attended rehab, reports indicate she will not be a full-time participant on Season 6. She may still make occasional appearances, but as a "friend" of the other women. Nicky Hilton, Richards' niece, appeared on "Good Day New York" June 9, where she cleared up rumors that suggested Richards' position on the "Housewives" cast had been filled by sister Kathy Hilton. The 31-year-old shrugged it off, saying that rumor has popped up several times since aunts Kim and Kyle Richards joined the show's cast.
