Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak announced Monday that not only is she expecting her fifth child, she is also pregnant with her sixth bundle of joy with husband, NFL star Kroy Biermann, 27.

The 35-year-old Bravo reality star confirmed to E! News that she will be welcoming twins later this year, calling the double pregnancy surprise a “dream come true." "I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised," Zolciak said. "I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children."

Zolciak welcomed two sons, 2-year-old Kroy Jagger followed by Kash in 2012, with Biermann, a player for the Atlanta Falcons, following their 2011 nuptials. The couple is already parents to Zolciak’s two children from a previous marriage, 12-year-old Ariana and 16-year-old Brielle. Biermann recently adopted the girls during a recent episode of the family’s reality series, “Don’t Be Tardy,” in July.

While Zolciak’s upcoming arrival of not one, but two bundles of joy is shocking, she isn’t the only celebrity to welcome twins. Here are four other celebrities who also revealed the same pregnancy surprise:

“True Blood” stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer’s Aug. 2012 nuptials was followed by the arrival of their twins in September 2012. While the couple remained relatively secretive about their bundles of joy, a rep for the pair announced the twins' arrival. (To see a picture of their twins click here.)

After months of keeping their children’s identities a secret, Moyer shared the names of the newborns during a “True Blood” season six premiere party in June. E! News reported that when asked about his upcoming Father’s Day plans, the 43-year-old actor accidentally slipped the then 9-month-old twins’ names while discussing news that his 10-year-old daughter Lilac wouldn’t be available to celebrate the big day. The actor went on to reveal that he would be “hanging out with Charlie and Poppy” all day instead.

Actor Neil Patrick Harris may not have been pregnant himself, but he did announced to the world in October 2010 that he and fiancé David Burtka had welcomed twins, a boy named Gideon Scott and a girl named Harper Grace. “All of us are happy, healthy, tired and a little pukey,” Harris, 40, confirmed on Twitter.

The “How I Met Your Mother” sitcom star later revealed during a June 2012 interview with Oprah Winfrey that the couple conceived their children via a surrogate with the use of two donor eggs. “I think the way they were brought into this world was very unique and weirdly scientific, and the technology involved in it, I think, is remarkable,” Harris said. “These kids came into our world with nothing but love."

JENNIFER LOPEZ

Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez’s first pregnancy resulted in two babies. The 44-year-old “Jenny from the Block” performer welcomed her two children, Emme Maribel and Maximilian David, in Feb. 2008 with her then-husband, fellow musician Marc Anthony. The twins were the fourth and fifth children for Anthony.

Lopez commented on her now 5-years-old twins in May, calling their home life nontraditional. “Being a single mom, their dad doesn’t live at home with them. They have three stepbrothers from two other mothers,” Lopez said as reported by the NY Daily News. “That’s not traditional."

Singer Mariah Carey, 43, and her husband, Nick Cannon, 32, welcomed their twins on their third wedding anniversary in April 2011. A rep for the singer told People magazine that the couple listened to one of Carey’s hit singles “We Belong Together” while delivering their now 2-year-old children, daughter Monroe and son Moroccan.

Marey commented on the couple's public plans to renew their vows annually, telling E! News in March that their yearly celebration are now more about the children’s birthday than their relationship. "We have a doozy planned for this year. It's going to be fun. It'll be more for the kids than us. It's going to be cute,” Carey said.
