After announcing the twins' birth, Zolciak revealed their names (both are named after influential people in the “Don’t Be Tardy” star’s life).

“We named our new previous angels …” Zolciak announced. “Girl: Kaia Rose.” Rose is a psychic that Zolciak has been seeing for more than 13 years and considers as a "grandma-like" figure who often appears on her reality-TV show.

“Boy: Kane Ren,” she announced, noting that she named him after her doctor. “After my OBGYN, who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has been a big part of my life for 12 years and we simply adore him,” she said.

The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star made headlines on Nov. 18 after she showed off her belly at nine-months pregnant. “The twins will be here this month and we are soooo excited and I’m soooo over being pregnant! #countingdownthedays,” Zolciak posted on Instagram, alongside a photo of her growing belly.

The twins join Brielle, 16; Ariana, 11; KJ, 2; and Kash Kade, 1. Zolciak announced in June that she was expecting twins on the season two finale episode of her family’s reality-TV series “Don’t Be Tardy.”
