Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s massive feud with Taylor Swift has split people into two teams: Team KimYe or Team Swift.

Naturally, everybody belonging to Swift’s girl squad went Team Swift all the way. The singer’s best friend Selena Gomez was one of the first to speak out, according to Us Magazine.

“There are more important things to talk about. Why can’t people use their voice for something that f--king matters?” the “Hands to Myself” singer tweeted.

“Truth is, last thing we need right now is hate, in any form. This industry is so disappointing yet the most influential smh,” she added.

Gomez generated a lot of negative buzz because of her defense of Swift, but the “Hands to Myself” singer never retracted her words of support.

So when supermodel Karlie Kloss, one of the members of Swift’s squad, said in an interview with The Sunday Times that Kardashian is a “lovely person,” people were shocked.

“I think she’s been a lovely person to me in the past,” she said when asked what she thinks of Kardashian. “Look, I really don’t know her that well.”

Pretty soon, tabloids went amok with headlines declaring that Kloss has betrayed Swift and sided with KimYe.

Angry with the misleading headlines, Kloss offered a clarification on her Twitter account (@karliekloss). “I will not allow the media to misconstrue my words. Taylor has always had my back and I will always have hers,” she wrote. “And I will never be the girl that you can use to pit women against each other. That isn't me.”

Prior to that loyalty mix-up, the “Shake It Off” singer even sent Kloss a bunch of sunflowers for her birthday on Aug. 3 and the two ladies shared a video conversation to celebrate the occasion.

“When you’re halfway around the world & your best friend still finds a way to celebrate 24 with you _@taylorswift13,” Kloss tweeted.
